Before you order
I already have a domain. What do I do?
Enter it at checkout, then point it at the nameservers in your activation email. There is no need to transfer the registration to us.
And if I do not have one yet?
Register one first, with any registrar — the hosting account is built around the domain. We do not sell domains here.
How long after payment?
The account is created when your order is approved, and the email goes out as soon as it exists. What is left is your domain propagating, which is at your registrar rather than here.
I want a bigger plan later.
Write to support with the plan you want. Upgrades are done by hand today; your site is not moved and nothing changes at your end.
